Here, Still: Our Living Heritage by Eunice Tang

Eunice Tang’s exhibition will be featuring both her watercolour and acrylic works. Her watercolour pieces are mostly based on direct observations of heritage buildings and familiar streets, particularly in Bukit Mertajam; while her acrylic works explore a more expressive interpretation of a place through texture, feeling, nostalgia with a bit of imagination and magic.
She will have a temporary working space within the venue, displaying her watercolour materials, acrylic paints, texture mediums, palette knives and other tools. During selected hours, visitors will be able to observe her painting from reference images, whether in watercolour or acrylic on canvas. She will also provide a small hands-on texture art area where visitors can experiment with texture mediums and simple techniques, allowing them to experience texture art.
