Shih Ing Chan, more widely known as Si Chan, was born in 1975, Penang, and graduated with a Diploma in Fine Arts (Malaysia) and Degree in Interior Design (London, UK). Si Chan joined Urban Sketchers Penang in 2014 and is an active member of the Penang Watercolor Society.

Si Chan doodles freely making sketches with bold lines en plein air to capture the rhythm and movement of city life with bustling human activity. She will be exhibiting her plein air sketches and acrylic paintings, and available to meet and talk about her art on March 27th-29th and April 3rd-5th from 1pm to 6pm.
